The 5InOne DNA Extraction Kit provides a simple, nontoxic method for efficiently isolating high-molecular-weight DNA from tissue, whole blood and cultured cells. Depending on the starting material, the entire extraction takes only two hours to complete and does not require phenol. DNA isolated with the DNA Extraction Kit is free from contaminants and may be used directly for restriction digests, cloning, Southern blotting, PCR amplification, and other DNA analysis techniques. Applications
An anion exchange membrane (AEM) is a polymer electrolyte membrane that conducts negatively charged ions, or anion, while blocking the passage of positively charged ions, or cations. The AEM separates the cathode and anode compartments of the fuel cell and allows the flow of hydrogen ions (protons) from the anode to the cathode, where they react with oxygen to produce water and electrical energy.
